» How do I book musicians through Munro Music Management?

You can either call us direct on 0845 833 8154 or fill in the online form and we promise to respond to your enquiry within 48 hours.

To secure your booking Munro Music Management require a deposit. The remaining fee will be payable on the day of your engagement.

» What do I need to provide for the musicians?

You must be responsible for ensuring all local authority regulations are adhered to at your chosen venue.

If the musicians are booked for 2 hours or more, light refreshments should be provided.

If you are engaging bands or DJs you will need to supply a safe power source.

» What happens if there is a problem with the availability of my chosen performers?

In case of unforeseen circumstances whereby your chosen act becomes unavailable, Munro Music Management will endeavour to provide the same quality of entertainment at no extra charge. If we are not able to do this we will offer you a full refund.

» What happens if I need to cancel an engagement?

Any cancellation will result in the loss of the deposit. Notice of cancellation should be given by phone and in writing.

Cancellations less than 4 weeks in advance will incur a charge of 50% of the outstanding balance.

Cancellations with less than 2 weeks notice will incur the full cost of the outstanding balance.
